Always mention if it is sponsored!

Right now everybody is talking about social media and that you have to be honest. Another huge topic is the whole thing with being paid/getting stuff for a blogpost. I don't get many e-mails asking me to write a post on a product or putting a link to a site and writing a blogpost to match, but it happens.  And I know it happens to many of you sometimes.

It is not okay to not mention that it is a paid post. So if anyone sends you a e-mail where they ask you to not mention in any way that you got money for it then say no. I know that the money are tempting and it is so cool that someone wants to pay you, especially when you are not a big blogger, but it isn't okay.

There are many companies that try to scam small and young bloggers and there are so many that fall for it, because it feels so cool.

But it is illegal to not mention it in any way. So do always write that it is sponsored and that you have gotten the product.

I just said no to one like this. Sure, it was very tempting because money is always needed, but you have to do things right. So I checked things with someone that knew better then me and finally said no. Because I wanna be honest in my blog and do it right.

I found this post on Better Bloggers (in Swedish) which also talks about this. So go and read that!
